Beginning with a foaming cleanser and hot towel treatment to cleanse and clean the skin. This Somatic facial massage unwinds fascia & realises emotional, energetic & physical blockages stored in the face ( TMJ is a perfect example of this) Combining lymphatic drainage for the face and neck and chest and also including shoulder arm & hand massage & reflexology. The session will close with a foot massage with reflex points on the soles. This is truly a deep unwind and realise that will leave you feeing deeply relaxed and tension free. This is also combined with trigger point therapy and you will experience immediate results, including relieved facial, jaw and shoulder tension, reduced puffiness, reduced inflammation and a visibly uplifted glow, both in appearance and spirt.
